This depends on the size & complexity of the part and what you already have. 


Do you already have the 3D file and the part is relatively simple (no moving parts or electronics)? Then we can likely deliver your part same day or within 24 hours.


For larger parts or more complex assemblies, turn around time will increase to 2-3 days.


For highly complex parts (electronics or moving parts) or prototypes the turnaround time is very variable depending on how much engineering work is required outside of just manufacturing the parts.


Some common materials used for 3D printing include ABS, PLA, PETG, nylon, and TPU. We also have fiber reenforced materials like PET-CF (carbon fiber) and PETG-GF (glass fiber). Some parts also demand ESD safe materials, which we can manufacture as well.


Material selection depends on application and what sort of stress, temperature, and performance requirements you need.


We specialize in parts that fit in an 8"x8"x8" build volume, however we have made parts as large as 24"x36" using advanced slicing and assembly techniques. Depending on the application, we can likely manufacture your part.
